![]() One of the user's claimed that he was able to use it normally at home, once he was off our network, but I think he is mistaken. I tried disconnecting from the dock, to see if anything changed, but it still happened. ![]() I normally use the tablet as a 3rd screen, connected to an HP USB-C docking station. ![]() Of course, I've already tried recalibrating, and re-pairing the pen. The pen works fine in every other application. When erasing, the cursor is right where it should be. I've noticed it does the same thing when using the Draw with Touch function, using my finger. Once I touch the glass and start drawing, the lines appear about 2-3 inches above and to the left of where the pen is touching the screen. When I hover the pen over the tablet, the cursor appears in the right place. I'm having an issue with the Draw feature in Word 2016, and so are some of the users I support.
